新浪科技讯 4月24日下午消息，贝壳发布2025年年度报告。2025年，贝壳在复杂市场环境下保持稳健经营，净收946亿元，同比增长1%，净利润29.9亿元，经调整净利润50.2亿元。二手房交易量同比增长11%，创历史新高；非房产交易业务占比提升至41%，家装家居营收达154亿元，租赁业务实现全年盈利。
此外，财报显示，公司联合创始人彭永东和单一刚已将2025年限制性股票全额捐赠，税后资金用于为居住行业服务者及其家庭提供医疗保障、子女教育等，为应届毕业生提供支持，并设立“健康家贝守护金”。
报告公开披露，彭永东2025年账面薪酬总额为2.35亿元，其中股票2.26亿元为2022年贝壳港股上市时为满足合规要求授予的限制性股票摊销，相关摊销金额同比下降42%。根据会计认定的归属安排，限制性股票五年摊销已进入中末期。
据公开信息，这已是彭永东在一年内的第二次捐赠。2025年4月，彭永东宣布捐赠900万股贝壳A类普通股，在承担相应的纳税义务后，50%资金用于居住行业服务者及其家庭成员的医疗健康福利，50%资金用于应届毕业生等群体的租房帮扶。这是彭永东继2020年贝壳美股上市以来首次出售股票，并将其全部用于捐赠，在此之前，彭永东未曾出售、转让或以其他方式处置过其实际拥有的贝壳股份。
