金吾财讯 | 名创优品（MNSO）发布公告，公司董事长兼首席执行官叶国富宣布，基于对企业价值与长期发展前景的信心，计划自公告发布起 12 个月内进行增持公司股份。
本次增持将以自有资金完成，可通过公开市场、私募交易直接或经由其控股主体购入公司美股 ADS 及港股普通股，累计增持金额不低于 5000 万港元，约合 640 万美元。
叶国富表示，公司近年经营成果印证了战略布局可行、团队运营能力优异，自身对未来增长坚定看好，此次增持也是实际信心体现。
由于公司尚未披露 2026 年一季度财报，目前处于内幕交易静默期。本次增持将在财报发布、静默期结束后的首个合规交易窗口期启动，且执行时不存在重大未公开信息。后续增持时点、价格、规模将结合市场行情及相关法规灵活安排。
截至公告发布日，叶国富合计持有公司普通股 7.8954 亿股，持股比例达 63.7%（不含库存股）。
