East West Ave Acquisition filed for an initial public offering.
The special-purpose acquisition company plans to offer 10 million units for $10 each, with each unit consisting of one share and one right to receive one-eighth of a share.
Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to 1.5 million additional units, the company said in its Tuesday filing.
East West Ave plans to focus on the financial technology, digital assets and energy sectors when looking for a company to acquire.
The company is led by Maoli Huang, who serves as chief executive and was previously managing director of Amber Capital Asia, a Hong Kong investment management firm.
East West Ave plans to list its shares on Nasdaq under the ticker EWAV.
