正信期货指出，基于伊美二轮谈判告吹，叠加双方停火延期，霍尔木兹海峡继续封锁，截至4月21日，油价小幅反弹。据小摩研报最新分析，在美国海军实施"全面出口封锁"的情景下，伊朗将在约15天内被迫启动减产，并于第30天前后完成全量停产——这意味着约190万桶/日的出口将于5月20日前后彻底停止。这一时间表正迅速成为全球能源市场定价的核心锚点。
