First Financial Bancorp Gets Stock Buyback Authorization for Up to 5M Shares

First Financial Bancorp's board authorized a stock buyback plan for up to 5 million shares.

The authorization represents around 4.8% of the company's outstanding shares as of March 31, the company said.

The plan was effective on Tuesday and expires at the end of 2027.

It replaces a previous stock buyback program which expired at the end of last year.
