智通财经APP讯，智升集团控股(08370)发布公告，公司正与赖宁宁先生(公司执行董事及主要股东，于数据中心行业拥有多年经验及专业知识)就潜在收购赖先生控制的一间公司(潜在目标公司)进行商讨。就公司董事于作出合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，潜在目标公司近期已接获一家中国电子商务巨头发出的非约束性意向，该巨头已推出其自有大型语言模型(LLM)及人工智能(AI)算力平台，意向内容涉及在中国河北省固安县提供合共60兆瓦处理容量的数据中心服务，其中首30兆瓦容量需于2027年1月底前交付。潜在目标公司已物色到位于固安县的一幅土地，该土地被认为适合兴建数据中心以提供该服务。
董事会认为，潜在收购事项如得以落实，将符合集团数据中心业务的战略发展规划。截至本公告日期，尚未就潜在收购事项的任何重大条款达成协议，公司亦未就潜在收购事项订立任何最终协议。
