据报道，波兰财政部长安杰伊・多曼斯基（ Andrzej Domański ）驳斥了出售央行黄金储备为军方筹资的提议，主张应优先利用欧盟低息贷款，而非动用黄金储备。多曼斯基向该媒体表示：“我绝不赞同以央行未来盈利的幻象来为波兰军队现代化建设提供资金。”他表示，出售外汇储备所获得的任何收益都可能被本财年的外汇波动所抵消，而且央行近期一直处于亏损状态。
