消息面上，4月20日，长光辰芯宣布与国际高端相机品牌徕卡达成合作，将为下一代徕卡相机定制开发高性能CMOS图像传感器芯片。根据安排，双方将整合徕卡在高端成像领域积淀多年的专业经验与长光辰芯领先的CMOS图像传感器设计能力，打造定制化芯片，精准匹配徕卡相机在色彩还原、噪声优化、动态范围及细节呈现上的严苛标准。此外，双方还将在芯片验证、图像调校及量产准备等方面密切协作，覆盖从研发到量产的完整链条。
公开资料显示，长光辰芯是CMOS图像传感器提供商。自成立以来，该公司一直专注于CMOS图像传感器的研发，该公司提供的九大产品系列，广泛适用于工业成像、科学成像、专业影像和医疗成像等先进技术领域。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，就2024年的工业成像收入而言，公司在全球CIS公司中排名第三，占全球市场份额的15.2%。
