彭博行业研究ETF分析师Athanasios Psarofagis表示，与特朗普政策信号相关的一篮子股票自其第二任期开始以来累计涨幅达75%，远超标普500指数同期约20%的涨幅，但ETF上市受阻令散户参与渠道受限。
该篮子包含约16只与政府支持和特朗普公开背书挂钩的股票，英特尔和美国稀土公司在成分股中领涨。
不过Psarofagis也指出，该篮子的波动性明显高于大盘，回撤幅度更深、涨跌周期更为剧烈，反映出其对政策走向的高度敏感性。
与此同时，投资者目前难以通过标准化产品直接参与这一主题。一只旨在捕捉政治影响策略的ETF迄今未能上市，交易所不愿将其挂牌交易，体现出此类敞口在合规与定义层面仍存在较大争议。
