人工智能基础设施公司Fermi股价周一收盘暴跌17.6%，此前该公司宣布首席执行官Toby Neugebauer与首席财务官Miles Everson双双离职。
此次高层地震发生之际，这家得克萨斯州公司正面临一系列运营挑战。公司旗舰项目“斗牛士计划”——位于阿马里洛、旨在为AI客户提供天然气与核能混合供电的大型数据中心园区——仍未签下核心租户。公司原定2026年底前建成1.1吉瓦发电能力的目标也已无法实现。
Neugebauer于3月底承认，其“可能误解了供应链，这算是一个失误”。如今其离职后，Stifel分析师Stephen Gengaro指出，客户沟通反而有所加速，暗示潜在客户与原CEO之间存在摩擦，未来谈判可能更为顺畅。
为平稳过渡，公司设立了“CEO办公室”，由首席运营官Jacobo Ortiz Blanes与前Meta、谷歌高管Anna Bofa共同领导，两人均被任命为联席总裁。董事会成员Marius Haas被任命为新任董事长，公司同步在达拉斯设立新总部，并启动名为“Fermi 2.0”的战略重构。
Fermi于2025年10月高调上市，与前能源部长Rick Perry联合创立。其阿马里洛园区规划总面积近半个曼哈顿，电力容量达17吉瓦。公司股价上市以来已累计下跌逾80%。
