消息面上，4月21日，五矿资源发布公告，2026年第一季度，铜总产量(包括电解铜及铜精矿含铜)为12.87万吨，较2025年同期增长9%。Las Bambas的铜精矿含铜产量达10.1万吨，同比增长6%，主要源于选冶回收率的提升，这一改善得益于Ferrobamba矿坑矿石供应量和矿石品位的提高。Khoemacau的铜精矿含铜产量为1.07万吨，与去年同期持平。

公告称，Khoemacau扩建项目正在推进中。该项目拟新建一座年处理量450万吨的选矿厂，并将采矿区域延伸至5区北部、Mango及Zeta东北部矿床，目标是实现铜精矿含铜年产量13万吨(伴生银年产量超过400万盎司)。该项目于2026年二月举行了开工仪式，关键的长周期设备已运抵现场，施工活动正稳步推进。预计将于2028年上半年产出首批铜精矿，扩建项目预计将使矿山生命周期内的平均C1成本将降至1.60美元/磅以下。在持续勘探活动的支持下，公司已识别出进一步扩产至年产能20万吨铜精矿含铜的潜力，下一阶段的预可行性研究已于今年年初启动。
