金吾财讯 | 加拿大AI企业Cohere获得英伟达投资，于周五官宣收购德国人工智能初创企业Aleph Alpha，加德两国监管部门已批准本次合并。
本次交易细节暂未公布，据当地媒体消息，整合后企业整体估值可达200亿美元。双方将采用双总部模式，分别落地加拿大与德国。
Cohere管理层表示，本次整合能够整合技术与人才资源，加快全球化布局，助力各地机构掌握自主可控的AI技术，严守数据隐私与合规要求。Aleph Alpha方面称，合并将强化欧洲AI主权能力，为本地政企提供可控、合规的大模型服务，减少外部技术依赖。
与此同时，德国施瓦茨集团敲定6亿美元入股CohereE轮融资，该企业此前已布局Aleph Alpha，持续加码本土及欧洲AI产业。
经营与融资层面，Cohere商业化进展稳步推进，年度营收达成预期目标。近年公司连续完成大额融资，背靠英伟达、AMD等产业资本，市场估值稳步抬升，技术研发与资金储备实力充足。本次跨大西洋企业合并，也将进一步冲击全球人工智能行业格局。
