金吾财讯 | 世纪铝业（CENX）宣布，其位于冰岛格伦达坦吉的Noreurál冶炼厂第二条电解槽生产线已提前数月恢复生产，早于原计划时间表。
据悉，该公司员工已启动该生产线的第一批电解槽，后续将加快推进剩余电解槽的重启工作，目标在 7月底前实现接近满负荷生产。值得注意的是，这条重启的生产线约占该冶炼厂总产能的三分之二，其恢复生产将显著提升公司的铝产品供应能力。
此次生产线重启，是在变压器发生意外故障并完成修复后推进的。目前，永久性替换变压器已完成订购，预计将于今年秋季到货并完成安装，进一步保障生产线的稳定运行。
此外，本月初该公司位于美国南卡罗来纳州芒特霍利的扩建工厂，已启动首个热金属生产工作，这一举措将使美国原铝总产能提升10%。
世纪铝业总裁兼首席执行官杰西·加里表示，格伦达坦吉生产线的提前重启，叠加芒特霍利工厂的生产扩张，充分体现了公司以市场需求为导向，全力满足客户需求的坚定承诺，也将进一步强化公司在铝行业的产能优势。
