特朗普政府计划延长一项航运豁免，允许外国油轮在美国各地运输石油和汽油，以应对伊朗战争引发的供应中断和价格上涨。

　　据知情人士透露，关于继续豁免能源运输不受1920年《琼斯法》约束的决定最早将于周五宣布，计划延期90天。因讨论未公开信息，知情人士要求匿名。

　　当前的豁免将于5月17日到期，该豁免实际上将原油、成品油、天然气、化肥和其他大宗商品排除在上述法律的规定之外。《琼斯法》要求美国港口之间的货物运输必须使用悬挂美国国旗、在美国建造和拥有的船舶。

　　目前尚不清楚延期将涵盖哪些商品。一位白宫官员表示，正在考虑延长豁免期限，但未作详细说明。
