智通财经APP讯，国农金融投资(08120)发布公告，于2026年4月24日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理(作为本公司代理)已有条件同意按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人(彼等及彼等的最终实益拥有人须为独立第三方)按配售价每股配售股份0.60港元认购最多2710.45万股配售股份。
配售股份相当于：于本公告日期的现有已发行股份总数约20%;及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股份总数约16.67%(假设自本公告日期起至完成日期，除发行配售股份外，已发行股份总数并无变动)。配售价为每股配售股份0.60港元，较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.68港元折让约11.76%。
假设所有配售股份均获配售，配售事项的所得款项总额预期将约为1626万港元，而配售事项的所得款项净额预期将约为1581万港元，相当于每股配售股份的净发行价约0.58港元。本公司拟将配售事项的全部所得款项净额用于偿还本集团的未清偿贷款及利息、在中国发展农产品及相关业务以及酒精饮料业务以及补充本集团一般运营资金。
