美国电动汽车制造商特斯拉周三宣布，计划在其位于柏林附近的欧洲唯一超级工厂增加1000名员工，并自7月起将周产量提升20%，以应对市场对Model Y车型的强劲需求。

　　特斯拉格林海德工厂厂长安德烈·蒂埃里格表示：“我们计划在6月底前招聘约1000名新员工，随后在7月将周产量从目前的约5000辆提升至6000辆以上。” 此外，公司还计划在今年内将约500名临时工转为无限期正式雇员。该厂目前拥有约10700名员工，扩招后将增至11700人。

　　这一扩张计划是基于销量的显著回升。数据显示，2026年第一季度，特斯拉在德国的新车注册量达到12829辆，同比增幅高达160%。工厂经理蒂埃里格指出，“我们供应市场的第一季度注册量显著上升，”该工厂在第一季度交付了创纪录的61000辆汽车。

　　这一扩产决定也极大地提振了特斯拉此前搁置的工厂扩建计划。勃兰登堡州经济部长马丁娜·克莱门特在访问工厂时表示，此举是对该地区的“强烈承诺”。与此同时，特斯拉仍在为其计划于2027年上半年启动的电池单元生产设施招聘数百名员工，旨在进一步减少对供应链的依赖。
