金吾财讯 | 中信建投证券研究指，近期，国新办举行“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会，介绍“十五五”时期推动经济社会高质量发展有关情况。在新型能源体系建设方面，发布会明确提出加快非化石能源高质量发展、推动化石能源安全可靠有序替代、大力推进能源科技创新、持续深化能源体制机制改革等内容。
在非化石能源方面，会议提出统筹集中式和分布式清洁能源开发，高质量推进雅下水电和“沙戈荒”新能源基地等重大工程建设；在化石能源有序替代方面，会议提出持续推进交通、工业、建筑等重点领域电能替代，加快新能源重卡推广应用，推动石油和煤炭消费达峰。整体来看，“十五五”期间，新型电力转型有望持续推进，新能源非电消纳和替代能源发展潜力广阔。
