4月23日金融一线消息，中投保发布声明称：“近日，我公司收到反映，有不法分子冒用我公司名义，称我公司与‘Nippon Life India Asset Management （Singapore） Pte． Ltd．’或称‘NAMS’合作，并为与其相关的理财投资产品进行承保。另有机构冒用我公司子公司中投保科技融资担保有限公司（简称中投保科担）名义，对外展示所谓金融监管部门颁发的‘金融牌照’，误导公众。我公司对上述不法行为予以严正谴责，并保留采取一切措施追究其法律责任的权利。”

　　中投保表示，公司及中投保科担均持有有权机关颁发的《融资担保业务经营许可证》，并在许可经营范围内开展融资担保等有权机关批准的业务。公司及中投保科担均未持有除前述经营许可证外其他“金融许可证”（如银行、保险、证券、基金等）。任何展示以公司或子公司名义的“金融牌照”、“金融许可证”均系伪造或冒用。

　　中投保还称，公司及子公司与上述机构不存在任何合作或业务关系，亦从未向前述主体所从事的任何投资、理财产品等业务提供任何保证担保或承保性质文件。相关不法分子所从事的一切交易活动均与公司及子公司无关，公司及子公司对其任何行为依法不承担任何义务和责任。
