智通财经APP讯，盛业(06069)公布，自2026年3月18日起至2026年4月24日止期间，公司董事会主席、执行董事及控股股东Tung Chi Fung先生已透过其控制的实体Wisdom Cosmos Limited于公开市场进一步购入合共529.3万股公司股份，平均价格约为每股9.47港元，总代价约为5015万港元。紧随是次增持事项后，Wisdom Cosmos Limited于公司的直接持股(不含库存股)比例增加至约53.44%。
公告称，是次增持事项充分显示Tung先生对集团长期发展前景及内在价值的坚定信心，以及其对集团持续稳健发展的全力支持。自公司上市以来，Tung先生从未以任何形式出售过公司的任何股份，并且数次增持公司的股份，合共增持超1440万股股份，增持金额超过1.2亿港元。Tung先生亦向公司表示，在符合适用法律及监管要求的前提下，其不排除于未来合适时机择机进一步增持公司股份的可能性。
