Perpetuals.com (PDC) has entered into a licensing agreement with the German University of Digital Science to integrate its BayesShield AI predictive intelligence platform across the university's research centers and digital learning infrastructure, the university said Tuesday.

Under the agreement, German UDS said it will deploy BayesShield AI within its Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, Research Center for Cybersecurity, and Research Center for Digital Transformations.

Students and faculty will use BayesShield's AI models to analyze real-world trading patterns, conduct research on retail investor behavior, and develop risk management frameworks, the university said.

The university also said its six research centers will help advance BayesShield's machine learning models and publish research output in peer-reviewed journals.

Shares of Perpetuals.com fell more than 12% in Tuesday trading.
