智通财经APP讯，新火集团(01611)公布，于2026年4月21日，该公司全资附属Sinohope Digital Service Limited拟向未来资本投资管理有限公司收购软件资产，代价约157.75万美元。软件资产包括AvenirX系统，一套自行研发的专属投资交易操作系统。该系统包含约四十二(42)个功能及技术模块，涵盖完整投资周期。
董事会认为，收购事项可让买方(集团的全资附属公司)直接拥有并全面整合AvenirX系统。该系统为专属的机构级投资交易操作系统，具备完整闭环架构，涵盖投资研究、策略与组合管理、订单管理、执行、风险控制及表现分析。AvenirX系统作为核心基础设施，支持可扩展的Alpha生成及集团的长期管理资产规模增长。透过将该自行研发的核心知识产权整合归属集团持有，收购事项可简化内部技术部署、提升跨市场可视性、强化交易全流程实时风险管理，并提高执行效率，从而支持集团整体运营能力及资产管理业务的长远发展。
