智通财经APP讯，FSM HOLDINGS(01721)发布公告，于2026年第一季，集团制造业务的销售额较2025年同期下降约52%至 59%(未经审核)。该降幅主要由于美国对公司控股股东实施制裁，导致主要客户订单减少，加上当前地缘政治紧张局势下市场情绪更趋审慎。为应对需求下降，集团已缩减在新加坡及马来西亚的制造业务。
集团一直与客户就新订单进行商讨，以期支持订单量及业务表现逐步复苏。
于2026年第一季，集团的线上业务未录得任何收益(未经审核)，而2025年同期则录得收益。2026年第一季线上业务的移动游戏营运及开发成本亦低于2025年同期，主要由于集团移动游戏开发所产生的员工成本减少，以及研发活动减少。
收益下降乃因游戏营运暂停所致。此决策基于在市场趋势不断演变的情况下，自2023年下半年起进行的多轮市场测试均未能获得足够的市场回响，故预计营运成本超过预期玩家收益。集团将在未来任何发布前，实施进一步的技术及设计改进。
集团将持续寻求新机遇，并优化线上业务的发展策略及营运。董事会将持续评估线上业务的发展策略及营运方针，并在必要时采取适当行动。
