消息面上，协合新能源此前发布公告，集团开发的1吉瓦容量数据中心，已完成大型负荷并网研究，并获得得克萨斯州电力可靠性委员会(ERCOT)授予的并网许可。该数据中心将毗邻集团位于得克萨斯州其中一个现有公共事业规模太阳能及电池储能项目。
此项许可证明集团已奠定为寻求吉瓦级可再生能源供电的超大规模运营商及AI领域企业，提供一体化基础设施解决方案。集团预期，此里程碑将是其不断拓展数字基础设施版图的首个重要进展，未来持续将可再生能源平台转化为可持续的长期价值，回馈股东及业务伙伴。
