日本财务大臣片山皋月周五表示，鉴于人们对Anthropic的Mythos人工智能模型潜在漏洞的担忧，日本将成立一个特别工作组，以应对金融体系的网络安全风险。
片山表示，这一决定是在日本金融厅、日本央行、国家网络安全局、日本三大银行以及日本外汇集团的联合会议上达成的。
“我在会议上指出，这场危机已经迫在眉睫，金融行业也表达了类似的担忧，”她说。
Anthropic表示，Mythos的预览版在所有主流操作系统和网络浏览器中都发现了“数千个”重大漏洞，这加剧了人们的担忧，也引发了人们对传统软件安全韧性的担忧。
专家警告称，该模型能够比企业修复漏洞的速度更快地识别和利用此前未知的漏洞，从而加速银行等依赖复杂、互联且往往沿用数十年技术的行业的网络攻击。
亚洲、欧洲和美国的监管机构已警告各银行审查其防御措施和应对准备。迄今为止，尚未有与该模型相关的安全漏洞报告。
片山皋月表示，金融系统的高度互联性和实时运营意味着问题蔓延速度可能比其他行业更快，“正因如此，网络攻击可能立即引发市场混乱，并动摇市场信心。”
