智通财经APP讯，中国海外宏洋集团(00081)发布公告，截至2026年3月31日止3个月，本集团收入约为人民币55.20亿元，相比去年同期下降4.6%，而本季度的经营溢利约为人民币3.20亿元，相比去年同期下降19.6%。
于2026年第一季度，本集团及本集团的联营公司及合营公司(统称中海宏洋系列公司)共取得合约销售额约为人民币80.91亿元，涉及销售面积约为69.06万平方米，相比去年同期分别上升16.7%及15.4%。另外，于2026年3月31日，累计认购而有待签订买卖合同总额约为人民币5.34亿元，涉及面积约为43400平方米。
于本季内，本集团于泰州新购得一块土地，其应占权益楼面面积约86700平方米，需支付权益地价约人民币2.87亿元。于2026年3月31日，中海宏洋系列公司持有位于中国内地可建楼面面积共约为 1199.21万平方米(其中，包括由联营公司及合营公司持有，本集团应占权益的楼面面积约为1029.49万平方米)的土地储备。
