近日，国家金融监督管理总局披露罚单信息显示，中国太平保险集团有限责任公司（以下简称“中国太平保险集团”）及相关责任人员因向监管报送的报告报表数据不准确被处罚。其中，中国太平保险集团被罚款40万元，张作学被警告并罚款7万元。
公开信息显示，此次罚单中的相关责任人员张作学，在2025年时，以“中国太平保险集团投资管理部总经理”的身份参加公开的业绩发布会。
根据官网披露，中国太平保险集团是我国唯一一家管理总部在境外的中管金融企业。目前，中国太平保险集团董事长为尹兆君，总经理为李可东。
截至2025年年末，其总资产超1.9万亿港元、净资产达1648亿港元。股东应占溢利270.59亿港元，同比增长220.9%。
