智通财经APP讯，亚太资源(01104)发布公告，于香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司(立信德豪)完成对本集团截至2025年12月31日止6个月的财务报表的中期审阅后，本集团邀请包括立信德豪在内的专业会计师事务所，就向本集团提供新一任期的年度审计及中期审阅服务提交投标方案，以供磋商及评估。其后，本集团管理层向立信德豪提出建议更换核数师，以使本公司的审计安排与其控股股东保持一致，并提升审计服务效率。鉴于上述原因，立信德豪已辞任本集团核数师，自2026年4月27日起生效。
经本公司审核委员会推荐，董事会已委任德勤·关黄陈方会计师行(德勤)为本公司新任核数师，自2026年4月27日起生效，以填补立信德豪辞任后产生上午临时空缺，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
