智通财经APP讯，方达控股(01521)发布公告，于截至2026年3月31日止3个月，集团取得纯利约290万美元，而2025年同期则取得亏损净额约90万美元;收益约6790万美元，同比增加18.9%。经扣除以股份为基础的薪酬开支、并购所得无形资产摊销及并购相关开支后，集团的经调整纯利约为500万美元，较2025年同期约160万美元增加212.5%。
集团的纯利(包括2026年第一季度经调整纯利较去年同期大幅增加)主要归因于若干因素，包括：(1)市场需求复苏带动集团收益同比增长，规模经济逐步显现;(2)持续深入实施精益营运举措，显著提升营运效率，推动整体纯利率与经调整纯利率均实现同比增长;(3)于2026年3月3日完成收购上海观合医药科技股份有限公司后将其合并入账，亦为本期贡献新增收益及纯利。
于2026年3月31日，集团的未经审核综合资产净值约为3.518亿美元，而于2025年12月31日则约为3.346亿美元。
