ChainCatcher 消息，据《财经》杂志报道，AI 大模型公司 DeepSeek（深度求索）正与腾讯、阿里巴巴洽谈融资，两家投资方预计共计投资 18 亿美元，本轮融资估值约 200 亿美元。目前交易方案尚未完全敲定，DeepSeek、腾讯、阿里三方均未公开确认。
交易人士透露，DeepSeek 此次开放融资的主要原因是近期人才流失情况较为严重。多名核心研究员相继离职，分别加入字节跳动、腾讯、小米及自动驾驶公司元戎启行。与此同时，竞争对手智谱科技、MiniMax 已登陆港交所，月之暗面今年前三个月连续融资三轮，估值较去年年底翻逾四倍。
腾讯和阿里投资 DeepSeek，一方面有助于分散 AI 赛道风险，另一方面也将加深双方在模型与产品层面的合作。
