智通财经APP讯，兆威机电(02692)发布公告，随着公司国际业务的发展需求，国际化布局深入推进，为进一步提高公司应对外汇市场波动风险的能力，更好地规避和防范因外汇汇率及外汇利率大幅波动对公司造成的不利影响，合理优化财务费用，增强公司财务稳健性，公司拟与银行等金融机构开展外汇套期保值业务。
根据公司业务需求情况，公司拟开展外汇套期保值业务预计动用的交易保证金和权利保证金(包括为交易而提供的担保物的价值、预计占用的金融机构的授信额度、为应急措施所预留的保证金等)任一时点不超过人民币12,000万元(或等值外币)，预计任一交易日持有的最高合约价值(含前述交易的收益进行再交易的相关金额)不超过人民币50,000万元(或等值外币)。
