智通财经APP讯，金威医疗(08143)发布公告，认购协议所载的所有条件均已达成，认购事项已根据认购协议的条款及条件于2026年4月28日完成。合共2.25亿股认购股份(约占紧接完成前本公司全部已发行股本的20.00%及约占本公司经发行所有认购股份扩大的全部已发行股本的16.66%)已配发及发行予认购人。
认购事项所得款项总额将约为1939万港元，而所得款项净额将约为1909万港元(经扣除认购事项的开支)，相当于净发行价每股认购股份约0.085港元。董事拟将认购事项所得款项净额的(i)约1309万港元用于医疗行业的潜在投资机会(倘机会出现)及 ╱或本集团的业务发展;及(ii)600万港元用作本集团的一般营运资金，包括但不限于支付薪金、租金开支、专业费用及╱或其他公司开支，预期将于2027年1月前获悉数动用。
