智通财经APP讯，泛远国际(02516)发布公告，就有关拟收购COPE Holding的全部股份、认购COPE的690股新普通股，并收购Hyperlining Holding的全部股份的相关事宜。该协议项下所有先决条件已获达成，且交割已于2026年4月28日相应完成。交割后，本公司成为COPE Holding及Hyperlining Holding的唯一股东，透过COPE Holding及Hyperlining Holding持有COPE的44.55%股权，而本公司的全资附属公司FAR Luxembourg Holdings Sarl直接持有COPE新发行股份的6.45%。总体而言，本公司透过Hyperlining Holding分别持有COPE及Hyperlining的51%及51% 股权。目标公司已成为本公司的附属公司，且目标公司财务业绩、资产及负债将并入本集团的账册及账目。
