金吾财讯 | 美国稀土公司(USAR)盘中扬升4.89%，截至发稿，报11.94美元，成交额2.25亿美元。消息面上，近日美国稀土公司(USAR)以28亿美元收购巴西Serra Verde Group，交易包括3亿美元现金及股票，合并后原美国稀土股东持股66%，Serra Verde持股34%。Serra Verde拥有Pela Ema离子粘土矿，目标到2027年底年产6400吨稀土氧化物并计划翻倍，已与美国政府资助机构签有15年承购协议，锁定镨、钕、镝、铽最低价格。美国稀土公司表示，此次收购将加速公司从矿山到磁体的一体化战略，合并后稀土氧化物总产能将达1.71万吨/年。
