ChainCatcher 消息，Solana 官方就量子计算对区块链的潜在影响发布文章，重申量子威胁仍为数年之遥，但 Solana 生态系统已提前做好充分研究和技术准备。
独立验证客户端开发团队 Anza 和 Firedancer（合计代表网络大部分质押份额）经独立研究后一致认为，需要一种签名紧凑且适用于高吞吐量区块链的后量子数字签名方案，并共同选定 Falcon 方案。双方已分别在 GitHub 上发布了初始实现代码。此外，Blueshift 开发的 Solana Winternitz Vault 已在生态中运行超过两年，提供直接的抗量子路径。今年早些时候，Google Quantum AI 在其白皮书中将该 Vault 列为行业前瞻性后量子工作的领先案例。
Solana 当前的量子路线图包括，持续量子研究并评估 Falcon 及替代方案；当量子成为可信威胁时为新钱包采用后量子方案；将现有钱包迁移至选定方案。官方称迁移工作可控，届时可快速完成，网络性能预计不会受到重大影响。
