(“Credicorp”) (NYSE: BAP | BVL: BAP) has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2025, with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The 2025 Form 20-F includes audited consolidated financial statements of Credicorp and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2024 and 2025 and for the years ended December 31, 2023, 2024 and 2025 under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
