智通财经APP获悉，4月28日，在一脉阳光(02522)战略升级暨全球数智影像⁺生态大会上，上海联影医疗联席CEO谭国升宣布，联影与一脉阳光正式签署长期战略合作协议，双方将能力互补、生态共建，共同推进海外重点区域大型公立医疗服务项目。
谭国升表示，联影专注于高端医疗装备自主研发与制造，一脉阳光深耕医学影像专业化运营与本地化服务，“一个造最好的设备，一个做最优的服务”，双方合在一起，形成全球独一无二的“设备+渠道+服务+资本”一体化出海力量。
他指出，双方合作的首个里程碑工程——海外重点区域大型公立医疗服务项目，“是联影全球化的关键支点，也是一脉阳光海外模式布置的核心标杆”。双方目标清晰：在重点核心市场跻身当地医疗影像市场前列，从产品输出走向能力输出、标准输出、模式输出。
谭国升强调：“联影的初心是让中国高端医疗装备惠及全人类，一脉阳光的初心是用专业运营提升全球医疗服务价值。我们共同的初心，是让中国医疗创新力量站上世界舞台中央。”
