智通财经APP获悉，海昌海洋公园(02255)早盘跌超5%，截至发稿，跌4.44%，报0.43港元，成交额1146.95万港元。
消息面上，海昌海洋公园此前发布年度业绩，全年收入为15.49亿元，同比下降约14.8%；亏损由去年同期的7.50亿元扩大至9.84亿元。公告显示，公司核心的公园运营业务受游客人次及园内二次消费下滑拖累，收入大幅缩减，成为营收下滑的主要原因。
值得注意的是，祥源控股去年带资入股海昌海洋公园，计划提供更多战略发展资源，同时有助于补充公司营运资金、降低财务费用。然而，2025年12月，祥源实控人俞发祥俞发祥因涉嫌犯罪被绍兴市公安局采取刑事强制措施，随后火速辞任海昌海洋公园董事会主席等全部职务，导致公司核心管理层突发动荡，原本的纾困与转型计划全面停滞。
