【#俞敏洪回应多位主播离职#】4月25日，#东方甄选4名主播同日宣布离职#。主播明明称：“新领导入驻后，公司整体直播模式与运营风格彻底改变，这种文化上的转变，我很难认同。日常工作中，我能清晰感受到新任管理层对我的不友好，让我陷入了严重的焦虑和内耗。”俞敏洪表示，已与四位主播进行深度、诚挚的沟通挽留，同时对接管理团队开展双向沟通，尽力留存核心人才。俞敏洪强调，公司充分尊重主播的个人职业规划与选择，同时将针对此次事件全面复盘内部管理问题。俞敏洪坦言，管理层调整后，公司管理方式出现偏差，过度侧重制度管控，忽视团队人文关怀，导致团队氛围出现问题。后续东方甄选将优化管理模式，平衡制度化运营与人文关怀，整改僵化、高压的管理问题。 （视频：齐鲁晚报）
