ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，比特币矿企 Riot Platforms 已修订与 Coinbase 的 2 亿美元比特币抵押信贷协议，将原与美国联邦基金利率挂钩的浮动利率调整为固定年利率，并引入连续 2 日触发机制，以降低短期比特币价格波动对追加抵押品和强制去杠杆的影响。
新协议签署于 2026 年 4 月 21 日，并可申请再延长 1 年。文件显示，Riot 此前在 2026 年第一季度出售了 3,778 枚比特币，获得约 2.895 亿美元收入；截至 3 月 31 日，其受限比特币抵押品增至 5,802 枚。
