智通财经APP获悉，甲骨文(ORCL.US)与BorderPlex Digital Assets共同宣布，将采用Bloom Energy(BE.US)的燃料电池，为计划耗资数十亿美元的Project Jupiter AI数据中心园区(项目坐落于美国新墨西哥州)提供全套电力保障。受此消息提振，Bloom Energy盘后涨近4%。
本次合作是双方此前官宣深化战略合作的重要落地内容。两家企业表示，“Project Jupiter”将安装总容量高达2.45吉瓦的Bloom Energy燃料电池，取代原计划中使用燃气轮机和柴油发电机的方案，并将整个数据中心整合为一个单一的微电网园区。
两家公司指出，采用Bloom Energy微电网后，项目将显著减少排放并降低用水量。与原计划的燃气轮机相比，“Project Jupiter”在使用全新燃料电池微电网后，氮氧化物排放量将减少92%，用水量几乎可以忽略不计。
甲骨文明确，将继续承担“Project Jupiter”的全部能源成本，确保该计划不会影响当地居民的电价水平或电网稳定性。
