集团为中国主要房地产发展商之一。集团主要于中国从事开发及再开发、销售、租赁、管理及持有优质住宅及多用途物业。特别是，集团侧重于大型多用途城市核心综合物业项目的总体规划及开发，通常与相关地方政府部门合作进行。倘若发行票据，集团拟将发行票据的所得款项净额用于再融资及偿还集团债务。
