　　马斯克寻求的补救措施包括：要求OpenAI的营利性子公司向其非营利性母公司支付可能超过1，800亿美元的损害赔偿金；罢免OpenAI首席执行官山姆．阿尔特曼（Sam Altman）和总裁格雷格．布罗克曼（Greg Brockman）的领导职务；以及撤销OpenAI近期向更传统治理结构的转型。这些拟议的变革哪怕只实现其中一项，都将严重搅乱OpenAI的上市进程。该公司最快可能在今年年底前上市。

　　马斯克指控称，阿尔特曼诱骗他资助OpenAI，当时OpenAI是一家旨在为全人类福祉开发人工智能（AI）的理想主义非营利组织，但后来阿尔特曼却将它变成了一家事实上的营利性公司，并接受了微软（Microsoft）的投资。
