智通财经APP获悉，专注于开发神经精神适应症疗法的生物科技公司Seaport Therapeutics周一公布了其首次公开募股(IPO)条款。该公司计划以每股16-18美元的价格发行1180万股股票，筹资2.01亿美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“SPTX”。该公司预计于本周确定IPO发行价。
据悉，Seaport Therapeutics是一家临床阶段的生物科技公司，致力于开发治疗神经精神疾病(包括抑郁症、焦虑症及其他中枢神经系统疾病)的口服疗法。公司利用其专有的Glyph平台(一种靶向淋巴系统的前体药物技术，旨在提高口服生物利用度并减少首过代谢)，将临床验证的作用机制重新配制为差异化的候选药物。其主要在研项目包括：用于治疗重度抑郁症的2b期候选药物GlyphAllo，以及用于治疗广泛性焦虑症的1期候选药物GlyphAgo。此外，公司还有针对抑郁症及相关中枢神经系统疾病的临床前候选药物。
