智通财经APP讯，珠光控股(01176)发布公告，于本公告日期，公司独立估值师及核数师未能完成彼等各自于2025财政年度的估值及审计工作，包括但不限于以下方面：(1)投资物业、发展中物业及完成待售物业;(2)贸易应收款项及其他应收款项的预期信贷亏损评估;(3)集团综合财务报表所载若干重大项目的审计确认书。因此，年末财务报表结算过程及审计程序将须进一步延迟，而核数师可能无法于2026年四月底前完成审核2025年全年业绩，而2025年全年业绩的刊发将须进一步延迟。
公司正与核数师紧密合作，务求尽快解决未决事宜及完成2025年全年业绩的审核。于本公告日期及考虑到目前状况，预期2025年全年业绩将于2026年5月15日前刊发，但须待与核数师协定的所有审核工作完成后，方可作实。
