消息面上，兆威机电此前宣布，董事会会议将于4月27日举行，以（当中包括）考虑及批准截至2026年3月31日止三个月的季度业绩及处理任何其他事务。本月初，公司曾发布公告称，计划参与竞买深圳市宝安区国有土地使用权，并投资约8亿元建设灵巧手及微型驱动系统产业园项目，进一步加码机器人板块布局、优化产能分布、提升公司在微型驱动与灵巧手领域的行业地位与市场占有率。
国泰海通证券此前指出，2025年7月推出新一代仿生灵巧手（DM17全直驱款与LM06连杆款），公司实现从灵巧手零部件生产到提供系统化产品的跨越，产品覆盖高精度与高负载不同场景。技术上实现4mm空心杯电机的小批量产，为灵巧手轻量化提供解决方案。此外，公司在机器人领域与银河通用、星海图、途见科技等12家企业签署战略合作，共建灵巧手生态，推动场景落地。公司有望在具身机器人行业中塑造第二增长曲线。
