智通财经APP获悉，西部水泥(02233)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.15%，报2.51港元，成交额3433.89万港元。
消息面上，4月24日，西部水泥旗下尧柏国际集团莫罗托6000T/D熟料水泥生产线正式竣工投产。据尧柏国际集团官微介绍，莫罗托6000T/D熟料水泥项目是西部水泥深耕非洲市场的标杆之作，项目总投资2.5亿美元，熟料产能200万吨，年产水泥300万吨，产值3亿美元。在满足乌干达本国市场需求的同时，还有效辐射刚果(金)、南苏丹及肯尼亚西部大湖地区，极大地提升了企业在东非区域的供应链韧性。
此前，西部水泥与南非Africa Sam公司订立售股及认购协议，同意以1.45亿美元(折合约9.98亿元人民币)收购南非Africa Sam公司股份。本交易交割后，西部水泥将全资拥有Africa Sam公司。同时，集团对南部非洲市场的长远增长潜力持乐观态度。
