周一公布的行业数据显示，受半导体行业前景的提振，韩国股市上市公司总市值周一首次突破6000万亿韩元（约合4.08万亿美元）。
韩国交易所（KRX）的数据显示，截至周一清晨，韩国三大证券交易所（韩国综合股价指数KOSPI、韩国创业板KOSDAQ和中小企业板KONEX）上市公司的总市值达到6047.9万亿韩元。
自4月初以来，受韩国芯片巨头公司前景看好的影响，韩国主要股指持续走强。韩国综合股价指数（KOSPI）从4月1日至上周五上涨超过28%，同期韩国创业板指数（KOSDAQ）上涨14.4%。
本月初，韩国两大半导体公司——三星电子和SK海力士——均公布了创纪录的第一季度财报，这主要得益于全球人工智能蓬勃发展带动半导体需求的强劲增长。
