港股异动 | 半导体股再度走高 费城半导体指数18连涨 DeepSeek V4点燃国产算力

智通财经APP获悉，半导体股再度走高，截至发稿，澜起科技(06809)涨10.18%，报251港元；中芯国际(00981)涨6.77%，报68.65港元；豪威集团(00501)涨6.38%，报93.35港元；晶门半导体(02878)涨6.25%，报0.425港元。

消息面上，近日，美股芯片股全线飙涨。上周五费城半导体指数大涨超4%，连续18个交易日录得上涨。英特尔一季度实现营收136亿美元，高于市场预期的123.6亿美元。英特尔预计，第二季度营收在138亿美元至148亿美元之间，亦高于市场预期的130.3亿美元。受财报刺激，英特尔单日股价暴涨超23%，创下历史新高。

此外，DeepSeek开源V4预览版，推出Pro（1.6万亿参数）与Flash（2840亿参数）双版本，最大上下文扩展至100万Token，百万Token场景下推理成本较V3.2大幅下降。发布当日即实现寒武纪、华为升腾两大国产芯片的Day 0适配，彰显了国产大模型与国产算力的深度协同能力。国金证券认为，DeepSeek与国产芯片厂商在技术预研、软硬协同上的深入合作，对推动国内大模型软硬件产业协同发展、加速AI算力生态自主可控具有重要意义。
