4月28日，中国广核（003816/01816）发布公告，公司拟收购控股股东中国广核集团有限公司持有的中广核苍南核电有限公司46%股权、中广核苍南第二核电有限公司51%股权，本次交易构成关联交易。
基于资产评估结果，经双方协商同意并确认，苍南核电46%股权的转让价格为65.36亿元，苍南第二核电51%股权的转让价格为18.11亿元。
公告指出，公司收购标的公司股权后，将进一步扩大本公司控股核电机组的装机规模及储备的核电项目，持续巩固本公司在核电行业市场地位和长期竞争力，是实现本公司未来核能发电量增长和业绩增长的有效方式，也是提升本公司于核电行业市场地位、实现可持续发展的途径。
2026年一季度，中国广核实现收入163.19亿元，归母净利润27.41亿元。
