南财智讯4月27日电，容大科技（09881.HK）公告，公司股份已自2026年4月1日上午九时正起在香港联合交易所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至公司刊发年度业绩为止。公司于2026年4月24日收到联交所发出的复牌指引，要求公司：（a）对导致审计事项的相关交易开展独立法证调查、评估影响、公布结果并采取补救措施；（b）证明管理层及/或对管理运营具重大影响力人士的诚信、能力及品格无合理监管忧虑；（c）委聘独立内部控制顾问完成审核，确认已纠正重大缺陷、内控体系足以有效履行职责并确保全面遵守上市规则；（d）刊发所有尚未发布的财务业绩并处理审计修订；（e）证明符合上市规则第13.24条；（f）披露所有重大信息供股东及投资者评估公司状况。根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条，若公司未能于2027年9月30日前达成全部复牌指引并恢复买卖，联交所将建议启动取消上市地位程序。公司须自2026年6月30日起每季度发布复牌进展更新。越秀融资有限公司已获委任为合规顾问，将持续参与复牌工作。
